Oleabhiele Sylvester
Mr Oleabhiele Sylvester is a graduate of the Edo State University (Now Ambrose Ali University) Ekpoma, Edo State. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001.
He has been in active legal practice since then and currently serves as an Associate Counsel with the firm.

Prof. Charity Udokamma Emaviwe

She is a Professor of Law with the department of Business Law, Oba Erediauwa College of Law, Igbinedion University Okada, Edo State. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Ife, Ile Ife in 1984, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1985.
Professor Emaviwe received her degree of Master of Laws from Ambrose Ali University Ekpoma in 1989 and a Doctorate degree in environmental law at Igbinedion University, Okada Edo State.
She was a lecturer at Ambrose Ali University Ekpoma, and now lectures at Igbinedion University Okada. Within the University System, she has functioned in such capacities as Head of Departments,Subdean, Chair and member of different Senate/Council Committees and was the immediate past dean of the prestigious Oba Erediawa College of Law, Igbinedion, University, Okada.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association and several other Professional organizations.

Alfred Ajoma Oloko

He obtained a 2nd Class Upper Law Degree at the University of Ife (now OAU),Ile-Ife in 1984, and was called to Bar in 1985. He holds a Master of Laws Degree of the University of Ife, Ile Ife, Nigeria and a second Master of Laws Degree in Energy, Environmental and Resources Law of University of Houston Law Centre, Houston, Texas United States of America. He is a Licensed Attorney of State of Texas.
Alfred is a consummate legal practitioner who has practiced, taught, and legislated on various aspects of law.
He started his legal practice as a private legal practitioner after his call to Bar in 1985. In 1989, he joined the Faculty of Law of the University of Benin as a Lecturer where he taught and researched Law of Evidence and Equity and Trust. He was an elected member of the House of Representatives of the Federal Republic of Nigeria between 1992 and 1993.
He also taught torts and criminal laws at the Faculty of Law, Delta State University,Oleh between 1997 and 1998. Between 2001 and 2009, Alfred worked at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Austin, Texas where he was in charge of a staff of Attorneys in the Agency.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association as well as the American Bar Association.
